Buffalo Promise Neighborhood operates three schools: Westminster Community Charter School, Highgate Heights Elementary and Buffalo Promise Neighborhood Children’s Academy. A dozen M&T Bank employees are solely dedicated to the mission of Buffalo Promise Neighborhood. We recognize that when parents and children have the opportunity to succeed, families and the community around them are able to thrive, as well. Two-generation programs help parents gain new skills while their children receive a high-quality education.

Working in the 14215-zip code on Buffalo’s upper east side, Buffalo Promise Neighborhood (BPN) is a unique public/private partnership bringing together local business, community and philanthropic leaders to help build and sustain stronger communities within the city of Buffalo.
Our People
Our school administrators, our WCCS Trustees and Westminster Foundation Board members, and our hardworking and knowledgeable staff all provide critical supports that help sustain the BPN promise and ensure its success.
