Empower716 recently selected 12 honorees to be recognized at this year's award ceremony and gala on April 25, 2024.

The honorees are startup leaders who are 25 years or younger. Each honoree will receive the Young Entrepreneurs of Color Award because of their innovation, leadership, and creative contribution to the community.

Da'monique Hicks, a 14-year-old student at Westminster Community Charter School is the founder of Nailed.By.Nique.
